A superb 19th-century souvenir bracelet; each of the five panels depicts a Grand Tour site, hand painted in the "Indian School" style. The enchanting paintings are set in silver bezels, preserved under glass, backed in mother of pearl, and framed in twisted silver. The hidden slide clasp is tight and secure. Important travel sights documented in a bygone era. Circa 1850.
