Since 2003 the CabrioFix Car Seat has been one of Maxi-Cosi's staple products and now they have decided to evolve this classic! Introducing the next generation of CabrioFix, the Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix i-Size Car Seat in Essential Graphite.

Not sure what the difference between i-Size and the original CabrioFix is? It's all in the sizing and safety! With i-Size safety standards, rearward-facing travel (safer for younger children) is mandatory up to 15 months and have now improved testing on protection for side and front impacts which help with the prevention of head and neck injuries; resulting in a safer and more secure car seat.

Travel with your baby from day one with the CabrioFix i-Size Car seat, the seat is suitable from birth up to 12 months so you can make your first trip with the CabrioFix i-Size from hospital to home as easy as possible. The CabrioFix i-Size Car Seat conforms to i-Size safety standards which is the highest safety rating in Europe, so you can relax knowing that your little one is safe in the most up to date regulations.

Want more security? Add the CabrioFix i-Size Base (sold separately) to bring extra safety for your little one. Simply attach the base to your car's ISOFIX anchor points and slot the seat onto the base with one simple click. Once the base has been installed onto the anchor points it can remain in the vehicle so you can take your little one out to travel hassle-free. The base features visual indicators so you can feel assured that your seat is secured correctly onto the base every time. If you decide not to use the base that isn't a problem, you can easily install the seat using the integrated 3 point car belt system.

Easy to handle

To help make transporting your little one easy on the parents, the CabrioFix i-Size Car Seat has been designed to weigh 3.2kg; making it the same weight as the average newborn infant. The CabrioFix i-Size can easily transform into a travel system by combining the seat with a Maxi-Cosi Stroller. Featuring hand memory buttons, removing the seat from the stroller can be done all with one hand so you can switch from street to car and back with ease.

The CabrioFix i-Size provides safe travels and ensures your baby's comfort at the same time. This comfortably padded i-Size baby car seat comes with a newborn inlay that adds comfort for your newborn and a headrest will always perfectly fit the head of the baby. (Please note that you should only use the baby-hugg inlay of the CabrioFix i-Size until your baby exceeds the 60 cm length limit.) A large sun canopy ensures your baby’s protected from the elements and creates a better atmosphere for sleep so you can take your seat out no matter the weather!
