With it's rubber gasket seal and dual side compression latches, the LifePod 1.0 is both impact resistant, water resistant and can float in water when loaded up to 2 lbs in weight making it perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, beach days and pool parties!
In addition to being an all weather case, the Vaultek LifePod has a built-in electronic locking system featuring a single anti-impact latch and touch activated keypad. The electronic lock operates off of a 9 volt battery and features a micro-USB port in the event the battery dies. The safe also has a key override that can be disabled from the inside to prevent the lock from being picked open.
To prevent someone from just picking it up and taking it away, Vaultek included a removable tether lanyard that can be secured to any fixed object.
